Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions of service must be followed regarding the use of this site for the purchase of printed materials:

I.                   Central Printing Corp. reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate service to any customer with or without notice, for any reason.
II.                Central Printing Corp. shall not be held liable for any copyright infringements or trademark violations created from the unlawful distribution of printed materials purchased by our customers.
III.             You, the customer, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Central Printing Corp., it’s employees and officers for any claim or demand made by a third party resulting from the use of this service and your connection with this service.
IV.             Orders placed through this service cannot be canceled after approval has been given to proceed with our services.
V.                Central Printing Corp. does not guarantee that our product will be an identical color match of customer provided proofs or printed samples. Further, it is understood that approval of a “soft proof” (ie. pdf, jpg, gif, tiff) represents a formal request by you, the customer, to grant Central Printing Corp. license to use reasonable judgment regarding color and/or any other production related concerns. 
VI.             Central Printing Corp. will not refund, cancel or credit any transaction  as a result of: service interruptions caused by acts of God, weather conditions, disruptions or failures of utilities, acts or omissions of customs officials, delivery failures or other circumstances that are outside of our control.
VII.          Central Printing Corp. will not be held liable for any errors that originated with files received by you, the customer, or any errors/omissions overlooked on the proof provided by Central Printing and approved by you, the customer.
VIII.       It is understood that, you, the customer are solely responsible for providing Central Printing with “print ready” files with all the necessary supporting files, graphics and fonts in order to meet the specified delivery deadline requirements.
IX.             Central Printing makes every effort to satisfy its customers. X.                Requests for refunds, credits or reprints due to an error on the part of Central Printing Corp. should be submitted within 30 days of receipt of order.
